Taylor first met Willie in Berea College’s Nursing Program when she and her friend desperately needed some assistance with Anatomy and Physiology. Willie quickly proved to be a great source of knowledge but proved to be an even better friend to both. After eight years, a shared coffee addiction, and many late nights playing board games, it’s safe to say that Taylor couldn’t tie the knot without Willie by her side. Willie is adored for her outgoing personality, love for people and ability to rock any hair color imaginable.
Gregory Pfister

Ivan met Greg at the New York City Dream Center when he was first starting to connect with people in the city and the church. It did not take long for the two of them to hang out and joke about the latest social trends. Their friendship truly escalated when they both started attending dinner parties in the city. Today, Ivan considers Greg to be a spiritual brother and a mentor in his life. Greg is charismatic, has witty humor, and enjoys the finest things in life! Ivan is honored to have Greg by his side on his big day!
Katey McElrath

Coincidentally, Taylor and Katey first crossed paths in Anatomy and Physiology and became close friends when they began studying together due to the realization of their impeding doom. The pair will never forget the moment they finally passed an exam for after pulling an all-nighter and drinking way too much coffee, just for the professor to be in disbelief. Katey has been by the brides side through so many life events, that Taylor can’t imagine saying I Do without her. Katey is most loved for her love of adventure compassionate heart, and willingness to help others.

Mark and Ivan met at Berea College when they both lived in Bingham Hall. However, It was through their engagement and involvement at River of Life that they became friends. During the Pandemic, Mark and Ivan’s friendship grew as they were both included on a men’s group zoom call. Mark and Ivan share a common interest in Music and in Code Development. Ivan is excited to have Mark by his side on the most important day of his life.

Amanda and Taylor’s story first began due to their participation in the WJHS Marching Band. It was clear from the very beginning that the two would become inseparable and a force to be reckoned with. Taylor and Amanda could often be found on the weekends at Fayette Mall sharing a Subway footlong or creating marching band videos in Taylor’s front yard utilizing a colorguard flag and clarinet. After sharing 12 years of friendship, Taylor is ecstatic to have Amanda by her side for her wedding day. Amanda is cherished for her resilience, contagious laugh, and dedication to everyone she loves.

Being the middle brother has its challenges and advantages. Eddie has played the role of a middle brother so gracefully and has never complained. Ivan and Eddie share a stronger bond as both of them left the comfort of living with mom and dad and moved to New York City in an attempt to make it big! Eddie is an avid musician. Having a strong singing voice and guitar playing skills, Eddie has coached and mentored Ivan in the concepts of music. Today, Ivan would not be the musician he is without Eddie’s guidance. Ivan is thrilled to have Eddie stand next to him on the day of his wedding.

Taylor first met Sarah when she joined Taylor’s section in the WJHS Marching Band. It’s a mystery how the two became like sisters as Taylor stabbed Sarah in the head with bobby pins in her effort to be a good section leader. Sarah and Taylor continued their journey as friends when they became roommates for three years during college where they sang way too much Halsey and Taylor Swift when the going got tough. Taylor is overjoyed that Sarah has chosen to stand by her for one of the biggest moments of her life. Sarah is most admired for her fun loving personality, strong willpower, and sense of humor.

“Hondro” is Ivan’s little brother. Even though he is only 5 years younger than Ivan, Hondro challenges Ivan to think outside the box. He is an entrepreneur and always seeks new adventures. Though Ivan has not lived with him since 2013, the two share a bond that can never be broken. They have seen each other through all the major phases in life. This is why Ivan would not choose anyone else to be at his side for this monumental milestone in life.
